Rapid care believes that for the transcription process to be complete, it is essential that
transfer of dictation (voice file) to the transcription center be done perfectly.
There are two popular methods of transferring the dictations: one using 1-800 toll-free number
and the other using hand-held device for digital recording. Rapid Care provides both these
facilities to its customers.
Rapid-Call is Rapid Care's toll-free dictation service. This is simple, user-friendly, easy to work with, and is quite reliable. Doctors and Attorneys use this system to record their dictations.
Immediately as they hang up after the dictation, their voice gets transferred to our Server
automatically. You can try this system, with your trial dictation. Just follow these simple
guidelines :
Step 1 : Dial the toll-free number 1-800-321-8535
Step 2 : Key in PIN 2532 (this is used for trials)
Step 3 : Dictate your name, start and complete the trial dictation
Step 4 : Dictate your mail ID to which the report is to be sent
Step 5 : Hang up
The transcribed text of your dictation will be delivered to your e-mail ID within 12-14 hours. After reviewing the text, please send your feedback to:

Rapid Care will provide the held-device free of charge, subject to certain minimum volume of
dictation over a month. After dictation the hand held device should be connected to a computer
with an Internet line. Our proprietary software (which we will install in the client's computer)
ensures automatic transfer of the dictation to our server within minutes of connecting.
