We started using Rapid Care not too long ago and so far have only used their service for medical chronologies.
We are very happy with the work produced and the TAT. Going forward, we intend to use Rapid Care for medical record retrieval and we also want to expand to demand letters. Their team is professional and very accessible; we are very satisfied with the service being provided to our firm.
